As Supervisor at Villa Valentina you will support the management team in running smooth, energetic and guest-focused services. You will be hands-on on the floor, helping the team stay organised, supporting guests, and making sure our standards are delivered with warmth and consistency as part of UIG standards.

• Supporting the daily restaurant service and helping the floor run smoothly.

• Leading by example and supporting the team during busy shifts.

• Creating a warm, confident and memorable guest experience.

• Helping with table flow, guest communication and service standards.

• Supporting training, feedback and daily team motivation.

• Working closely with managers and the kitchen to keep service connected and organised.

• Experienced in a busy restaurant or hospitality environment.

• Confident on the floor and comfortable supporting a team.

• Warm, positive and guest-focused.

• Organised, reliable and calm under pressure.

• A strong communicator who enjoys working with people.

• Ready to learn, grow and take ownership.
