Since 2008, Solidum Sverige AB/Barnakademin has helped families in Sweden find reliable, caring babysitters. We offer creative childcare in Swedish and specialize in bilingual babysitting.

About the Position

We are looking for a Polish-speaking babysitter for a family with two children aged 3 and 5. The family needs help with school/preschool pickups and afternoon childcare 4–5 weekdays per week. Exact working hours will be agreed with the family.

Your role will include bringing the children home safely, supporting their afternoon routines, and engaging them in creative, age-appropriate activities while speaking Polish.

Who We’re Looking For

• A responsible, caring person who enjoys working with children
• Native or fluent Polish, plus fluent English or Swedish
• Availability for regular afternoon work
• A creative approach to play and good communication skills
• A commitment until summer 2027
• Previous childcare experience is an advantage

This role is suitable for students or anyone looking for meaningful part-time work.
