På under två år har vi blivit marknadsledare. Vi växer med miljontals dollar i intäkter varje kvartal, hundratals byråer använder Filed i systemen de redan arbetar i, och vi har rest 17,2 miljoner dollar med Northzone i spetsen. • Arkitekturen bakom arbetsflödena skatteproffs lever i varje dag, från dokumentintag via granskning till leverans
• Djupa integrationer med skattemjukvaran byråerna redan använder, med de tekniska vägval det kräver
• Pipelines som flyttar dokument, data och deklarationer pålitligt i stor skala, genom skattesäsongens mest intensiva veckor

Du äger hela funktionsområden, från arkitekturbeslut till leverans, och sätter den tekniska riktningen tillsammans med produkt och skatteexperter. Du höjer ribban för kodkvalitet, delar med dig av ditt kunnande till mer juniora kollegor och får LLM:er att leverera högre precision och transparens i produktion.

Din profil

• Djup erfarenhet av TypeScript, React och Python, du har byggt och skalat komplexa, datatunga system i produktion
• Stark inom systemdesign: du fattar arkitekturbeslut som håller när trafik, data och team växer
• Van vid Google Cloud och/eller Azure
• Meriterande: reglerade branscher, LLM-baserade system i produktion, eller att ha tagit en produkt från 0 till 1 och skalat den
• Trygg i att fatta beslut på ofullständig information, van att leda tekniskt utan att vänta på mandat, och du äger ditt arbete fullt ut

Laget

Vi ser oss som ett idrottslag: hög prestation, höga standarder, riktiga resultat. Vår eNPS är +60 och hela bolaget möts på offsite var fjärde månad. Vi tror på radikal transparens, från bolagets ekonomi till hur vi arbetar tillsammans.

Förmåner: minst 30 dagars semester, samtliga lagstadgade förmåner och mer därtill, offsites var fjärde månad.

Processen: introsamtal (30 min), teknisk genomgång och uppgift (60 min), slutintervju (120 min). Totalt 3,5 timmar.

What you'll build and drive

• The architecture behind the workflows tax professionals live in every day, from document intake through review to delivery
• Deep integrations with the tax software firms already use, and the technical trade-offs that come with them
• The pipelines that move documents, data, and returns reliably at scale, through the most intense weeks of tax season

You'll own entire feature areas, from architecture decisions through delivery, and set technical direction together with product and tax experts. You'll raise the bar on code quality, mentor more junior engineers, and make LLMs deliver higher accuracy and transparency in production.

Your profile

• Deep experience with TypeScript, React, and Python: you've built and scaled complex, data-heavy systems in production
• Strong in system design: you make architecture decisions that hold up as traffic, data, and the team grow
• Familiar with Google Cloud and/or Azure
• Bonus: regulated industries, LLM-based systems in production, or taking a product from 0 to 1 and scaling it
• Comfortable making calls with incomplete data, used to leading technically without waiting for permission, and you own your work fully
