About the Organization:
Our Collaborative Business Planning (CBP) function plays a critical role in aligning strategic objectives with operational execution across the organization. Through strong cross-functional collaboration with product management, sales, operations, and finance, the CBP process (also known as Integrated Business Planning) ensures that decisions are data-driven, forward-looking, and fully integrated.
Within the CBP function, the Demand Planning Excellence team develops and governs global demand planning processes, supports execution, and strengthens capabilities across markets and functions.
About the Role:
As a Global Demand Planning Analyst for finished products, you’ll work in a dynamic, cross-functional, and international environment. As part of the Demand Planning Excellence team, you'll play an important role supporting sales organizations in delivering accurate, data-driven demand plans. While sales organizations own the demand plans, you will support them with high-quality analysis, governance, lifecycle management, system expertise, and process development.
You’ll join a small, experienced team on an exciting journey to enhance the global demand planning process, with an increasing focus on digitalization, advanced analytics, and AI as key enablers of Demand Planning Excellence.
This is a fixed-term role covering parental leave.
