About the position

Perido is looking for a Project Manager Operations to our client, a giant within the automotive industry. Here you will lead several complex projects within an industrial manufacturing environment. You will work across functions and coordinate stakeholders within production, manufacturing engineering, quality, logistics, purchasing, maintenance, product development, and management.

You will play a central role in driving projects forward, ensuring that plans are followed, risks are managed, and decisions are made and implemented. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your ability to create structure, build strong relationships, and drive execution will be highly valued. The position is placed at the client’s office in Köping.

Your daily tasks

• Lead and deliver multiple complex projects in parallel
• Establish project plans, milestones, governance structures, and follow-up processes
• Identify, assess, and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, resources, costs, and timelines
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders across local and global organizations
• Drive decision-making and ensure agreed actions are implemented according to plan
• Prepare project status reports, recommendations, and decision material for management
• Identify and resolve obstacles to ensure continuous project progress
• Contribute to the development of project management methods, processes, and ways of working

Your characteristics

We are looking for someone who is structured, proactive, and results-oriented, with the ability to take ownership and drive projects from planning through execution. You are comfortable working in complex environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

You have a natural ability to bring people together, create clarity, and maintain momentum even when circumstances change. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, as you will work closely with stakeholders across different functions and levels of the organization.

• Proven experience leading complex projects within an industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or technical environment
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities
• A structured, proactive, and results-oriented approach
• Experience working cross-functionally and driving execution through others
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• The ability to work independently, take initiative, and create progress in a dynamic environment

Contract type and hours

Full-time, consulting assignment until 2026-12-31. Start immediately.
