Development Engineer Engine Control
Role Summary
This role is part of TRATON Group R&D, located in Södertälje, Sweden.
You will join the Engine After-treatment Control Software team, working with software that controls exhaust after-treatment systems, including urea dosing and emission performance. The role covers the full development cycle - from early concept development to implementation, testing and verification in both test environments and real vehicles. You will contribute to improving system performance and solving complex technical challenges in close collaboration with hardware and cross-functional teams.

You will join a team of around 14 engineers working with engine after-treatment control systems. The team combines experienced professionals with new talent and values collaboration, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Work is highly cross-functional, involving close cooperation with other teams and domains across TRATON.
