About the RoleYou will step into a key role in a global tax environment where complex regulations, international structures, and business priorities meet.
In this assignment, you will help drive the group’s tax agenda with a strong focus on Pillar II reporting, while also supporting compliance, planning, and strategic tax work for selected legal entities.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders in finance and tax, contribute to decisions that affect cross-border business, and help ensure that tax processes are both robust and forward-looking.

Job Description- You will lead and drive the group’s Pillar II reporting.
- You will develop and implement global tax strategies to support an optimized effective tax rate.
- You will advise on tax implications related to cross-border transactions, mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings.
- You will identify tax-saving opportunities and help align tax work with business objectives.
- You will manage direct tax filings and payments and help ensure they are completed accurately and on time.
- You will handle tax audits and respond to inquiries from tax authorities.
- You will review current and deferred tax calculations.
- You will review tax provisions under local GAAP for selected legal entities.
- You will monitor changes in local and global tax legislation and help implement necessary updates.
- You will strengthen internal controls to mitigate direct tax risks.
- You will collaborate with external advisors and auditors to support accurate tax reporting.
Requirements- University degree in Law, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years relevant work experience within tax.
- Strong knowledge of international tax laws, US tax laws, and tax accounting standards.
- Knowledge of finance processes and systems.
- Experience working with direct tax compliance, reporting, and tax strategy.
- Ability to work with tax matters connected to cross-border transactions, mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Nice to have- Experience from a fast-paced international business environment.
