Join our teamThe Talent Acquisition team within the Regional Center of Excellence HR Northern Europe operates out of Örebro and Prague. Your missionAs a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a key role in managing the full recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Working closely with hiring managers, HR, and the Talent Acquisition Team, your responsibilities will include:
• Drive end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding• Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand hiring needs and provide expert recruitment advice and guidance. • Create inclusive adverts and advertise in relevant job portals, channels and social media• Competence-based interviews, verify references and candidate evaluations• Contributing to the continuous development of recruitment processes, tools and ways of working to attract top talent
Your profileWe are looking for someone who is passionate about people and recruitment, and who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You are curious, relationship-oriented, and motivated by finding the right match between people and opportunities. You enjoy identifying potential, building strong connections, and creating positive recruitment experiences throughout the hiring process.
You have extensive experience in Talent Acquisition and have successfully managed end-to-end recruitment processes across a range of professional roles, preferably within engineering, IT, technical, operational, and leadership functions. You are skilled in competency-based recruitment, candidate assessment, and modern sourcing methods, including the use of LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels to identify, attract, and engage talent. A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Behavioral Science, Sociology, or a related field is preferred. Your strong communication skills enable you to build trust with candidates and stakeholders alike, you are fluent in Swedish, with excellent spoken and written English skills.
