The Group Design Lead is a program manager driving the implementation of our Seats Functions, combining SW and HW. You lead supplier as well as internal team. This role combines technical understanding with leadership and assignment coordination, including responsibility for balancing time, technology, and cost to achieve the desired quality, functionality, and delivery precision.
