About the Role

As our Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in improving sales productivity, delivery control, data quality, renewal governance, and margin visibility by centralizing operational administration. You'll support our Sales, Service, Finance, and HR teams by owning operational processes, maintaining data quality across our business systems, and ensuring administrative activities run consistently and efficiently — freeing up our Account Managers, Project Managers, Service Managers, Customer Success, and leadership teams to focus on customers, delivery, and growth.

You will report to VP Operations and work closely with Sales and Customer Success leadership, Account Managers, Project Managers, Service leadership, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales operations: CRM data quality, pipeline governance, renewal management, licensing administration, sales reporting, and order/invoice administration

• Service operations: ERP administration, project governance, service backlog management, and delivery readiness

• HR and operational administration: time reporting governance and administrative process support

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in operations, project administration, sales support, business administration, or a similar role

• Experience working with CRM and ERP systems

• Experience supporting business processes across multiple departments

• Experience preparing reports and analyzing operational data

• Fluent written and spoken English + a nordic language

• Experience from, and basic skills in Excel

• Relevant education with an understanding of business administration

Experience from the software, SaaS, or technology industry, hands-on knowledge of Salesforce or Odoo, and experience with software licensing/maintenance agreements or recurring revenue businesses are all a plus.
