EY-Parthenon is looking for a Manager with experience from M&A projects to join our Nordic People M&A team. The role is part of our Nordic practice and can be based in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Oslo, Copenhagen, working closely with colleagues and clients globally.
Your key responsibilities
As a Manager in EY-Parthenon’s dedicated People M&A practice, you will work with some of the leading HR and pension specialists advising and supporting corporate and private equity clients in transactions. You will support and guide our clients through a broad range of complex people matters across the entire deal cycle, including HR and pension due diligence, ensuring readiness for day one, and achieving synergies in post-merger integrations.
