Technical Operations is part of Service NCE (Northern & Central Europe) and supports the organization in installing and servicing a great number of SCADA systems, controlling medium and large sized wind power plants. Our mission is to transform a group of wind turbines into a fully operational power plant that meets contractual and regional specifications.
Our customers can mainly be found among larger power supply companies and professional investors.
Responsibilities
As a Specialist for Plant Operations, we will be the technical anchor for the whole department. You will report to the Director and contribute to the strategy and technical agenda.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who have demonstrated leadership experience in a technical environment. For this position it is not your technical skills that will matter most, but more your ability to see synergies, align stakeholders and guide the technical agenda so it adds value to the business. You will be part of an operational department, but you will be the one with the helicopter view.

Additional information
Your primary work location will be Aarhus or Videbæk, Denmark, but could also be in Malmö, Sweden, Husum or Hamburg, Germany. You should expect some travel activity, approximately 20 days per year.
