You will join a product lab at the center of an R&D environment where new ideas are turned into tested and validated product concepts. In this role, you help make sure prototypes meet functional and performance requirements across mechanics, electronics and software. You become a key technical resource in early product development, close to both hands-on lab work and important design decisions.

The role combines practical experimentation with broader technical influence. You will contribute to how products are verified, how measurement data is collected and used, and how lab capabilities evolve to support faster and more reliable development. You will also work closely with global teams, giving you the chance to influence product outcomes in an international setting. • You will design, execute and refine test setups for prototypes across mechanical, electrical and software-related areas.
• You will work closely with design, development and test teams to align lab activities with broader R&D goals.
• You will develop robust measurement methods and secure high quality in data collection, analysis and reporting.
• You will identify and implement improvements in lab tools, methods and ways of working to increase efficiency, precision and scalability.
• You will troubleshoot technical issues in early-stage prototypes and support iterative product development through hands-on testing and systems thinking.
• You will contribute technical insights and lab-based evidence that support product direction and longer-term technology decisions.

• You have strong practical knowledge in mechanics, electronics and embedded systems.
• You have experience designing and executing integrated test setups in technically complex product development environments.
• You can independently identify, analyze and solve advanced technical challenges across multiple disciplines.
• You have experience developing measurement solutions and working with structured data collection, analysis and reporting.
• You are comfortable working in a structured R&D environment where lab validation directly supports design decisions.
• You can balance hands-on experimentation with a broader understanding of product and business goals.
• You have experience collaborating with cross-functional and global teams.
• You have professional working proficiency in Swedish.
