As a Senior Software Developer, you will:

• Design and develop robust, scalable software solutions for our clients, with a strong focus on quality, security, and high performance.
• Work closely with clients and internal cross-functional teams to understand needs and goals and develop solutions that create real value. Transparency, open communication, and collaboration are at the core of how we work.
• Have the opportunity to contribute throughout the entire delivery lifecycle—from the initial meeting and strategy through implementation, deployment, and testing.
• Take responsibility for technical quality, system architecture, and reliability in solutions that are continuously improved and developed.
• Share knowledge, coach colleagues, and help strengthen the team’s development practices through feedback, mentoring, and shared learning.

We’re Looking for Someone Who Has

• At least 7 years of professional software development experience in one or more of the following: Java, Node.js, • NET, Kotlin, Golang, C++, React, or Python.
• A deep understanding of cloud services (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP), as well as experience with Infrastructure as Code.
• Knowledge of performance, security, and reliability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to take end-to-end responsibility for technical deliveries.
• A desire to contribute to a creative and inclusive work environment.
