Main responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant

Coordinate and supervise daily restaurant activities

Ensure good customer service and a positive dining experience

Organise staff schedules and daily work activities

Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and food-safety standards

Coordinate purchasing, stock control, and inventory

Monitor daily sales and operational performance

Handle customer enquiries and resolve operational issues

Support recruitment, training, and supervision of staff as the business grows

Work closely with the restaurant owner/management on operational and business matters

Requirements

Previous experience in restaurant management, hospitality, or a similar managerial role

Good organisational and leadership skills

Ability to work independently and take responsibility for daily operations

Good communication and customer-service skills

Knowledge of food hygiene and workplace safety

Flexible and solution-oriented approach

Knowledge of Swedish is an advantage, but applicants with strong English communication skills are welcome to apply.
