The role of Global Category Manager for Indirect Material & Services gives you a wide network within Dellner Couplers Group and within Wabtec Corporation. You will gain great knowledge about the needs and challenges of the different functions within the company.

About the Role
The position consists of a mix of global activities within the group and local activities at our major sites in Falun, Sweden and Miszewko, Poland. You will establish a close cooperation with colleagues at all Dellner sites as well as within the Wabtec central indirect sourcing organization.
You work to establish successful relationships with suppliers, and you look for opportunities to gain synergies within the areas where we, as one global company, can successfully implement improvements and new ideas.
You drive and lead improvements within ways of working within all indirect categories and directs us towards an efficient and sustainable purchasing system for the acquisition of indirect goods and services. You are supported by the Dellner Process & Tools manager and the Global Procurement Manager as well as the Wabtec organization.
You are responsible to, together with the Wabtec organization and the Dellner Global Procurement Manager, develop and nurture category strategies and you make the prioritization where to set the focus as you lead the implementation of the strategies.
The responsibility for the full indirect spend of Dellner lies with you and you successfully use market intelligence to manage your assignments which goes from company cars and IT systems to office supplies and personal protective equipment and beyond.
You also act as the Sustainability Sourcing expert within Dellner Procurement where you are the bridge between the entire procurement function towards the global sustainability team. This responsibility means monitoring compliance to SVHC, Conflict Minerals, CO2 emissions and more while also managing Sustainability Audits and Sanctions Screening within the entire Dellner supplier base.
Dellner works in Medius S2C for Supplier Relationship Management which includes Supplier onboarding, Contract Management and RFQ’s, and you are, or will be, a key user in the system and will be the contact towards Medius as well as act as a trainer for the colleagues within procurement.

The role is based at our head office in Vika, Sweden or in Miszewko, Poland and reports to the Global Procurement Manager. Business travelling is part of the role.
