Assignment Description

We are looking for a GDPR Coordinator / Data Protection Specialist

What You Will Work On

• Coordinate and manage data subject rights requests across multiple countries
• Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding GDPR-related cases
• Handle, document, and report personal data breaches
• Develop and maintain GDPR procedures and work instructions
• Support the business with data protection and GDPR-related questions
• Maintain and review Records of Processing Activities (RoPA)
• Review and update privacy information on websites
• Review and maintain cookie-related privacy texts
• Ensure GDPR processes are consistently documented and followed
• Coordinate privacy activities across an international organization
• Support continuous improvement of data protection processes

What You Bring

• Experience working with GDPR and data protection
• Experience coordinating data subject rights requests
• Experience handling and documenting personal data breaches
• Experience developing GDPR procedures, routines, and work instructions
• Experience with Records of Processing Activities (RoPA)
• Understanding of privacy notices and cookie-related requirements
• Ability to communicate GDPR requirements clearly to business stakeholders
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Experience working in an international or multi-country environment
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Structured, detail-oriented, and compliance-focused approach
