We are a small independent Peruvian restaurant in the heart of Södermalm, looking for a cook to join our kitchen team.

At CHECA, our focus is on genuine Peruvian flavours, excellent ingredients and careful cooking. We work with traditional Peruvian dishes and techniques while bringing our own approach to presentation and the overall restaurant experience.

We are looking for someone who is responsible, curious and passionate about food, and who wants to continue learning and developing in the kitchen.

Previous professional kitchen experience is required. Experience working with Peruvian or Latin American cuisine is a strong advantage, but most importantly, we are looking for someone with a good attitude, attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

You should be comfortable working as part of a small team and taking responsibility during service.

The position is full-time, approximately 40 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday, normally from 14:00 until around 22:00.

You must be able to communicate in English or Spanish.

We are looking for a team player who wants to become an important part of CHECA and grow together with us.

Trial shifts will begin this week, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.
