We are looking for an experienced and passionate Indian / South Indian Chef to join our restaurant team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare authentic Indian and South Indian dishes to a high standard.
• Prepare dosa, idli, sambar, chutneys, curries, biryani and other traditional dishes.
• Maintain consistent taste, quality and presentation.
• Manage food preparation and kitchen operations efficiently.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Monitor ingredients and minimize food waste.
• Work effectively with the kitchen team during busy service periods.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Indian or South Indian Chef.
• Strong knowledge of South Indian cuisine and cooking techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
• Reliable, organized and able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
