Sinch Telco is a standalone business within Sinch. Our products propel communications services for mobile operators and enterprises around the globe. We are looking for an experienced software engineer with focus on AI-driven Development, to further accelerate adoption of AI-powered development practices across Sinch Telco.
In this role, you’ll be a hands-on practitioner, leveraging AI agents to design, build, verify and deliver software while shaping how AI is applied in our software development. Together we will move toward a paradigm where software developers manage teams of specialized AI agents for requirements analysis, implementation, testing, documentation, and deployment. We intend to unlock new capabilities that enable teams to build and ship faster with higher quality, security, and maintainability.
You have a vision for the future of AI-driven software development but understand that progress requires practical steps and patience. You demonstrate value through hands-on work and tangible results. You collaborate well with experienced colleagues as a peer and respect existing domain knowledge while contributing new perspectives and influence through the quality of your work. You are self-directed, proactive, and comfortable operating with ambiguity. The AI tooling landscape changes rapidly and you are energized by this pace.
