We are looking for a proactive, highly organized, and independent HR Administrator to support HR operations across the European region.
The role is ideal for someone who has strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will support day-to-day HR activities, maintain accurate employee records, and act as a central point of contact for employee-related queries.
The position is based in Sweden.
Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with GDPR and local employment legislation.
Ensure all HR documentation is completed accurately and within required timelines.
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including contract issuance and mandatory employee documentation.
Act as a central point of contact for employee queries, providing clear and timely information and support.
Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support to management.
Support efficient day-to-day HR operations across the organization.
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Administration.
Experience in Finance Administration, Finance Assistant, or Payroll is advantageous but not essential.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport with a wide range of people.
Fluency in English.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
University degree.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Positive attitude with strong time management and planning skills.
