Assignment Description

We are looking for a Payroll Administrator / Payroll Specialist

What You Will Work On

• Support the end-to-end Swedish payroll process
• Manage daily payroll administration and payroll-related activities
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
• Handle payroll-related questions from employees and managers
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external payroll partners
• Ensure payroll processes comply with Swedish regulations and internal policies
• Perform payroll checks and quality assurance
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies
• Maintain accurate payroll data and documentation
• Support continuous improvement of payroll processes and routines
• Contribute to efficient and standardized payroll operations

What You Bring

• Experience working with Swedish payroll administration
• Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes
• Experience supporting employees and managers with payroll-related questions
• Knowledge of payroll compliance and Swedish payroll requirements
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
