At Prysmian, we believe that great operations start with great people. We are now looking for a Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse and internal logistics operations at our manufacturing site in Nässjö.

In this role, you will have overall responsibility for warehouse operations and material flow within the plant, ensuring that materials and products move safely, efficiently and reliably through the business. You will lead a dedicated team, drive continuous improvements and play a key role in supporting both production performance and customer deliveries.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will be part of a collaborative environment where safety, operational excellence and employee development are at the heart of everything we do.

As Warehouse Manager, you will:

• Lead, coach and develop the warehouse team, creating a safe, engaged and high-performing work environment.
• Ensure efficient warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, material handling and shipping.
• Secure a reliable and uninterrupted material flow to production.
• Drive inventory accuracy through effective stock control and warehouse processes.
• Optimize warehouse layouts, storage strategies and internal logistics flows.
• Collaborate closely with Production, Planning, Procurement, Quality and Customer Service to meet customer and business needs.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse and logistics operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Swedish regulations and health, safety and environmental standards.
• Support workforce planning, competence development and succession planning within the team.

We believe you are a hands-on and people-oriented leader who enjoys developing both teams and processes. You combine operational understanding with a continuous improvement mindset and feel comfortable working in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

To succeed in this role, you likely have:

• Several years of leadership experience within warehouse, logistics or supply chain operations.
• Experience from a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• A strong focus on safety, quality and operational performance.
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Lean Logistics and continuous improvement methodologies.
• The ability to build strong relationships across different functions and levels of the organization.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.

A degree within Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field is an advantage, but we also value relevant experience and leadership capabilities.
