We're looking for a Buying Coordinator to join us! This role supports the Merchandising team by ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely execution of all buying-related processes. The role safeguards product flow – from purchase order creation to delivery – so that customers receive the right products at the right time. It acts as a central connector between Buying, Development & Production, and Operations, keeping the information those teams rely on clean and current.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Your main responsibilities will be to:

• Prepare and process purchase orders covering products, pricing, quantities, and delivery terms.

• Coordinate order placement with suppliers, aligning on delivery schedules, lead times, and any specific requirements.

• Act as the main point of contact for the Development & Production and Operations teams, handling inquiries and tracking orders.

• Maintain data integrity across inventory systems and PO databases.

• Administer the purchase order book in line with the approved buying plan.

• Build purchasing, vendor, and inventory reports and analyses as needed.

• Update system entries for RRPs, discounts, and local pricing.

• Support ad hoc tasks and projects.

ARE YOU THE ONE?

We seek people with most of the following:

• Academic degree in business, buying, merchandising, or a related field.

• 2+ years in the fashion industry, with at least two years inside a brand.

• Experience in administration. Experience in retail buying is a plus.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

• Ability to manage multiple workflows with minimal errors.

• Proactive, structured, and results-oriented.

• Strong cross-functional communication skills.
