The overall goal is to significantly increase satisfaction across Infoblox’s customer base. This team is tasked with resolving critical customer technical support issues. They will also capture best-practice improvements and drive best-practice adoption across Infoblox to prevent similar technical support issues from occurring again. As a Manager, you're an inspiration to your team. Your leadership extends to managing medium-sized teams locally, focusing on setting objectives, evaluating results, and developing team skills. Conflict anticipation and management are second nature to you. You contribute to global initiatives and actively participate in complex ancillary issues. You work closely with management and cross-functional teams to formulate business plans and drive initiatives. 6-8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of people-leader experience
