What will you do?

• Lead technical teams of design engineers and technical leads through tendering and project execution phases
• Oversee technical solutions from inception to closure, ensuring delivery meets cost, time, and quality standards
• Capture customer needs, define optimal solutions, and identify technical risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Drive operational excellence, performance, and customer satisfaction while fostering team collaboration and growth

• Communication — advanced level; articulating technical strategies and project updates to stakeholders at all levels
• People Management — advanced level; directing team resources and developing engineering talent to meet business goals
• Risk Assessment — advanced level; identifying technical risks early and implementing mitigation strategies across projects
• Change Management — intermediate level; guiding teams through process improvements and organizational transitions
• Coaching — intermediate level; building capabilities within technical teams to support long-term growth
• Knowledge Management — intermediate level; enabling knowledge sharing and alignment across engineering disciplines
• Product Application — intermediate level; applying technical solutions that meet customer requirements and specifications
• Resource Management — intermediate level; allocating team capacity effectively to balance multiple project demands
