Job Summary

SAP Program handling and end to end ownership of the account

Job Description:

• 10+ years of experience in managing SAP delivery
• Own end-to-end SAP service delivery across production support, enhancements, and project transitions
• Manage service governance, operational performance, and continual service improvement.
• Proven experience leading or supporting SAP S/4HANA implementation programs.
• Experience working in consulting environments or client-facing advisory roles.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into SAP capabilities.
• Facilitate workshops with business users and functional teams.
• Advise leadership on SAP best practices and process improvements.
• Drive alignment between business priorities and IT delivery.
• Strong understanding of SAP DevOps, release management
• Experience managing offshore and global delivery teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
