Join Our Hotel & Catering Talent Pool (m/f/d)

We're expanding our fleet and building a dynamic Talent Pool for passionate, committed professionals interested in working onboard in Hotel and Catering roles. If you're service-minded, enthusiastic, and ready for a unique adventure at sea — we want to hear from you! Future Roles for Cooks & Stewards.

All current onboard positions are part of our talent pool and do not indicate any urgent hiring requirement.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Be part of a multinational crew delivering first-class service

Your Profile:

Cleaners -

• Experience in professional cleaning and hygiene maintenance (vessel experience is a plus)
• A keen eye for detail and a reliable, proactive attitude
• Availability to start immediately

Cooks -

• Formal training in culinary arts or catering
• Relevant kitchen experience (passenger vessel experience is ideal)
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene
• STCW certificates (preferred but not mandatory)

Stewards -

• Training in hospitality or catering
• Previous experience in guest service (cruise or ferry work is a bonus)
• STCW certificates (preferred but not mandatory)

General Requirements for All Roles:

• Strong sense of responsibility and guest-first mindset
• Professional attitude and team spirit
