We are now looking for Senior System Engineers to strengthen our teams across assignments involving hardware, radio systems, embedded software, system architecture, cybersecurity and safety-critical technology.

You may work on solutions involving connected products, embedded platforms, radio communication, electronics, secure systems, industrial applications, validation, requirements, architecture and product development in demanding technical environments.

System Engineering Tracks

Senior Hardware System Engineer

Relevant experience:

Hardware system design, electronics, embedded systems, PCB understanding, sensors, power electronics, product development, requirements, verification, validation, technical documentation and cross-functional engineering work.

Questions:

• How many years of experience do you have within hardware or electronics engineering?

• Have you worked with system-level hardware design or product development?

• What types of products, platforms or technical systems have you worked with?

• What experience do you have with requirements, verification, validation or technical documentation?

Senior Radio System Engineer

Relevant experience:

Radio systems, RF engineering, wireless communication, antennas, connectivity, telecom, 4G/5G, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GNSS, signal quality, testing, certification, troubleshooting and system-level radio performance.

Questions:

• How many years of experience do you have within radio, RF or wireless systems?

• Which radio technologies or communication standards have you worked with?

• Have you worked with testing, troubleshooting, certification or performance analysis?

• What types of products, platforms or customer environments have you supported?

Senior Embedded Software Engineer

Relevant experience:

Embedded C/C++, real-time systems, Linux, RTOS, device drivers, firmware, microcontrollers, communication protocols, diagnostics, software architecture, testing, CI/CD, debugging and product-oriented software development.

Questions:

• How many years of experience do you have with embedded software development?

• Which languages, platforms and operating systems have you worked with?

• Have you developed firmware, drivers, communication protocols or embedded applications?

• What tools have you used for debugging, testing, CI/CD and version control?

Senior Security System Engineer

Relevant experience:

Cybersecurity, secure system design, embedded security, product security, threat analysis, risk assessment, security requirements, vulnerability management, encryption, secure communication, ISO 21434, IEC 62443 or similar standards.

Questions:

• How many years of experience do you have within cybersecurity or product security?

• Have you worked with security requirements, threat analysis or risk assessment?

• What security standards, tools or methods have you used?

• Have you worked with embedded, industrial, automotive, telecom or safety-critical systems?

General Skills We Value

Across all tracks, we value strong system engineering fundamentals, technical leadership, requirements management, architecture thinking, verification and validation, structured problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration and clear communication.

Bonus points for experience from industrial systems, automotive, telecom, energy, medtech, IoT, safety-critical systems, cybersecurity or secure product development. Swedish or Norwegian fluency is also a plus.

Some assignments may involve security-classified environments, regulated industries or customer-specific security requirements. For these roles, candidates may need to meet citizenship requirements and be able to pass a security screening or background check before starting the assignment.
