As Brand Communication Lead, you will be responsible for translating Newbie’s brand strategy and positioning into clear communication frameworks, narratives, messaging, and creative directions. You will lead the creative process from insight and strategy through concept development, production and activation.You will drive storytelling, campaign concepts, and communication initiatives across channels and markets while ensuring a consistent customer experience throughout the customer journey. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies, you will guide creative development and secure high-quality execution that supports both brand-building and commercial objectives
Your profile
We are looking for someone with:• A university degree or equivalent higher education within brand and communications• Extensive experience within brand communication, creative leadership, and integrated marketing. • Experience from translating business objectives into powerful creative concepts and communication frameworks and plans• Proven track record of leading creative projects, collaborating with agencies, and developing communication that creates measurable business impact. • Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, customer journeys, and channel effectiveness, combined with a genuine passion for creativity and storytelling. As a person you are: • A collaborative and inspiring creative leader who brings people together around a shared vision. You are equally comfortable discussing long-term brand strategy as you are driving hands-on execution.• A person with strong business acumen and a strategic thinking• Customer-focused and insight-driven, with a strong sense of quality and brand excellence. • Curious, proactive, and eager to explore new ideas, trends, and possibilities. • Comfortable navigating a fast-paced and cross-functional environment. • Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on action.Most importantly, you are passionate about creating communication that inspires, engages, and strengthens the relationship between Newbie and our customers.
