Job Description- You will develop and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions in on-premises environments.
- You will solve complex technical challenges with clear business impact and help turn business needs into robust technical solutions.
- You will work closely with business stakeholders throughout the full development lifecycle, from early requirements and design to deployment and support.
- You will contribute to technical architecture, solution design, and prioritization together with customers and development teams.
- You will build and improve integrations and support the evolution from on-premises environments toward cloud-based capabilities.
- You will provide technical guidance and support within the team while helping ensure scalable, maintainable, and high-performing solutions.
Requirements- At least 5+ years of Dynamics 365 CE Online development.
- Extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CRM development, including on-premises environments.
- Experience with Dynamics CE on-premises implementation.
- Experience in sales, marketing, and service within Dynamics CE.
- Strong experience in plugin development and workflow development.
- Strong background in integration and system development in on-premises server environments.
- Experience developing cloud-based solutions using Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Online.
- Good knowledge of C# and
• NET.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript.
- Good experience in webservices, SQL Server, WCF/SOAP, and REST API/Web API.
- Experience with Power Apps and Power Flow.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, written and spoken.
Nice to have- Experience working with municipal or government organizations.
- Experience leading or coordinating development teams.
