Role Summary

As an integrated part of MAN Truck & Bus, we play a critical role in delivering the full customer value proposition — combining industry expertise, integrated solutions, and passionate people to drive long-term success.
The Global People & Culture Specialist plays a key role in building and strengthening the operational backbone of the People & Culture function at MFS. Reporting directly to the Head of People & Culture, you will act in a global and highly complex matrix-environment and ensure effective coordination, governance and continuous improvements of core HR processes. Beyond that, you will drive operational excellence and support strategic People & Culture initiatives for the global MFS organization.
