Role Summary

MAN Financial Services (MFS) is, as part of TFS, a global provider of financial solutions within the commercial vehicle industry. We offer tailored financing, leasing, rental, and insurance solutions designed to simplify our customers’ business and enable sustainable transport. As an integrated part of MAN Truck & Bus, we play a critical role in delivering the full customer value proposition — combining industry expertise, integrated solutions, and passionate people to drive long-term success.

The Global People & Culture Specialist plays a key role in building and strengthening the operational backbone of the People & Culture function at MFS. Reporting directly to the Head of People & Culture, you will act in a global and highly complex matrix-environment and ensure effective coordination, governance and continuous improvements of core HR processes. Beyond that, you will drive operational excellence and support strategic People & Culture initiatives for the global MFS organization.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and govern core People & Culture processes across all MAN Financial Services entities and markets, ensuring consistency and compliance
• Contribute to the development of scalable and sustainable HR processes to support business growth and geographical expansion
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization of P&C operations, governance structures and ways of working
• Support the development and implementation of global strategic P&C initiatives in the areas of e.g. Talent Management, Learning & Development, Diversity & Inclusion
• Act as a central interface between MAN Financial Services, TFS Head Office, Scania, MAN and TRATON Holding stakeholders
• Facilitate collaboration across a complex HR landscape, including multiple HR systems and local support structures
• Support HR reporting, data analysis and insights to strengthen data-driven decision-making
• Occasional travel may be required to support collaboration across stakeholders and markets around the globe

Who You Are

• You hold a university degree complemented by several years of hands-on experience in HR
• Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors and in a global matrix-organization is considered a strong advantage
• You have a solid and broad foundation in HR operations and governance, with a strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes
• You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy bringing structure to evolving environments where processes are still being established
• You bring strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions and geographies without formal authority
• You are a fast learner with a curious mindset, eager to explore new perspectives, challenge the status quo, and confidently drive continuous improvement
• You are fluent in English and comfortable working in a multicultural environment
• Additional language skills, particularly in German or Swedish, are considered an asset
