About the position

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join Aloi, where you will play a key role at the intersection of business, marketing, and execution. About the role

Lead and execute Aloi’s marketing strategy to support growth, brand positioning, and commercial objectives. Shape the company’s brand, messaging, PR, and thought leadership while building visibility among customers, partners, investors, and industry stakeholders.

Drive demand generation and digital marketing across owned, earned, and paid channels, using data and analytics to optimize performance. Develop compelling content and events that engage prospects, customers, and the broader legal and technology community.

Collaborate closely with product, sales, and leadership teams to support go-to-market initiatives, fundraising activities, and investor communications. Over time, build and lead a high-performing marketing function that strengthens both customer acquisition and employer branding.

About you

You are both strategic and hands-on, and you thrive in a role where you set direction while also driving execution and follow-up. You have a strong business focus and are used to connecting marketing initiatives to concrete results. You collaborate easily across functions and navigate confidently in a matrix organization. At the same time, you are curious about new ways of working and technologies, such as AI, and see opportunities to develop both ways of working and the customer experience.

We believe you have:

• Experience driving marketing initiatives together with specialist teams
• Experience with budget responsibility and project management
• Experience with go-to-market strategies
• Experience in both marketing communication, investor meetings and brand building
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written
