We are looking for a Senior Experience Designer for an exciting consulting assignment with a client within retail!

About the Role

As a Senior Experience Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-centered digital experiences by combining UX and UI design with close collaboration across business and engineering teams. You will work in cross-functional teams, facilitating workshops and discovery sessions to ensure solutions meet both user needs and business objectives. This is a highly independent role that requires a confident senior professional who can engage with stakeholders at all levels and drive meaningful conversations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UX and UI design activities throughout the entire design process.

• Plan and facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to identify user needs and business requirements.

• Collaborate closely with engineers and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver intuitive and feasible digital solutions.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.

• Use Miro to facilitate workshops, map user journeys, and support collaboration.

• Contribute to more efficient ways of working by leveraging simple automation processes through Microsoft Copilot agents.

• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and confidently navigate complex discussions to drive alignment and progress.

About You

You are an experienced Experience Designer who enjoys taking ownership and leading design initiatives in collaborative environments. You combine strong user-centered design expertise with excellent communication skills and are comfortable working with both business and technical stakeholders. You thrive in complex organizations and know how to balance user needs with business goals.

Experience and Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Senior Experience Designer, UX Designer, or in a similar role.

• Strong expertise in both UX and UI design.

• Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

• Proficiency in Figma, Miro, and Microsoft Teams.

About the assignment

For this assignment you will be hired as a full-time consultant by Digitalenta. We offer our consultants a generous package including healthcare allowance, insurance policy, paid vacation days and pension savings. In addition, you'll also have a dedicated consultant manager available throughout your employment with us, in addition to optional networking activities with our network of consultants.

The assignment is full-time and is expected to start around 2026-08-01 and run until 2027-12-31.
