Barista & Café Supervisor

We are looking for a passionate, reliable, and customer-focused Barista & Café Supervisor to join our team in Stockholm.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering outstanding service, and is eager to contribute to a positive and collaborative workplace. We are looking for someone who is proactive, adaptable, and ready to take ownership of daily café operations.

About You

You have:

• Previous experience as a Barista in Stockholm, confidently preparing high-quality espresso-based drinks and maintaining excellent coffee standards.
• Experience in cafés, restaurants, hotels, or other hospitality environments.
• A strong passion for customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Leadership experience or the ability to take responsibility and support a team throughout busy service.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• A proactive mindset with great problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Languages

As we welcome guests from around the world, we are looking for someone who is comfortable communicating in multiple languages.

• Spanish – Native or fluent
• English – Professional proficiency
• French – Conversational or professional proficiency
• Swedish – Conversational level or higher

Your Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations of the café, including opening and closing procedures.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety.
• Assist with stock management, inventory, and ordering.
• Prepare specialty coffee and espresso beverages with consistency and attention to quality.
• Support and train new team members while fostering a positive team culture.
• Contribute ideas to improve workflow, efficiency, and the overall customer experience.
