You will help build a digital platform that makes it easier to reuse high-quality used vehicle parts across workshops and dismantlers. The platform sits in an innovative venture environment within the transport ecosystem, where secure, scalable, and data-driven solutions are key to connecting multiple stakeholders and markets.

This is a broad senior role where you work across data engineering, backend services, cloud infrastructure, integrations, analytics, and observability. You will have high ownership and work closely with product and engineering stakeholders to shape both the data foundation and the platform capabilities that support business growth. It is an exciting opportunity if you enjoy combining hands-on engineering with architecture influence in a product area with clear sustainability impact.

• You will own and evolve the platform's data model to support multiple sellers, markets, and integrations.
• You will design, build, and improve ingestion pipelines for imports, validation, transformation, retries, and auditability.
• You will establish reliable data pipelines, data contracts, and quality controls that support trusted business metrics.
• You will work with integrations and external data sources such as DMS/ERP systems, Snowflake, and CSV/FTP flows.
• You will improve data quality, traceability, and observability across platform domains.
• You will contribute to backend services and cloud infrastructure, including databases, jobs, monitoring, and scaling in AWS.
• You will collaborate with product and engineering leads on architecture decisions, technical priorities, and long-term platform direction.
• You will support engineering standards, CI/CD, and documentation, and represent the technical perspective in integration and data flow discussions.

• Senior experience in data engineering, backend, or platform engineering.
• Strong experience with SQL, relational data modeling, and data pipelines.
• Experience working with APIs, integrations, and external data sources.
• Experience working in cloud environments, preferably AWS.
• Ability to build reliable and scalable data foundations with strong focus on data quality and observability.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with broad ownership across data, backend, and cloud.
• English required.

• Experience with PostgreSQL, Node.js/TypeScript, and Python.
• Experience with Snowflake and a modern data stack.
• Experience from marketplace platforms or other multi-stakeholder systems.
• Experience from startup, venture, or other fast-moving product environments.
• Swedish or another European language.
