We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist (Energy Industries) for a company in Malmö. Start is ASAP, 1 year limited contract to begin with. This role is 100% onsite in Malmö.

Responsibilities

* Manage customer orders and support order-related inquiries

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order handling and delivery follow-up

* Support and improve electronic order flows and internal processes

* Work in SAP and other internal systems/tools

* Ensure timely communication with customers and stakeholders

* Identify improvement areas and support process development



Requirements

* 1–3+ years of experience in customer service, order handling, or administration

* Experience working in ERP systems (SAP preferred)

* Structured, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

* Strong communication and coordination skills

* Swedish is mandatory, English basic knowledge required

* Business Administration education or equivalent experience is preferred



This is a full-time consultant position in Malmö through Incluso. Start is ASAP, 1 year limited contract to begin with. This role is 100% onsite in Malmö.
