Freelance Sales Manager

I-Ray IT Solutions AB is looking for a proactive and results-driven Freelance Sales Manager to support our business growth in Sweden.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
• Generate leads and manage the sales pipeline.
• Conduct client meetings and present our services.
• Negotiate and close business opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Experience in IT consulting, recruitment, or staffing is an advantage.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
