About the Role

You will step into a broad and strategic HR role where you support leaders in translating business priorities into people initiatives that strengthen performance, capability, and culture. The environment combines Swedish operations with an international business line, which gives you a varied role across both local HR matters and global HR programs.

Job Description
  • You will advise and coach leaders in HR matters such as performance, development, employee relations, conflict management, and change.
  • You will translate business priorities into people strategies, action plans, and HR initiatives for the Swedish organization and the international business line.
  • You will drive and coordinate annual HR processes such as performance management, salary review, engagement follow-up, and talent reviews.
  • You will lead and support workforce planning, succession planning, talent management, and capability development.
  • You will prepare for and participate in union consultations and negotiations under Swedish labor law, including MBL and LAS.
  • You will support organizational development through role design, team effectiveness, organizational assessments, and cultural initiatives.
  • You will coordinate recruitment processes together with Talent Acquisition and support leaders in attracting and retaining key talent.
  • You will follow HR KPIs and people data, build insights for leadership, and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • You will support work environment initiatives, risk assessments, rehabilitation cases, and collaboration with Occupational Health.
  • You will facilitate workshops and training in areas such as leadership, team development, performance, and culture.
Requirements
  • Experience working broadly and strategically across the full HR spectrum in a senior HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of Swedish labor law and collective agreements.
  • Experience working with union consultations and negotiations, including MBL and LAS.
  • Ability to support leaders in organizational effectiveness, change management, employee relations, and people strategy.
  • Experience driving annual HR processes such as performance management, salary review, engagement follow-up, and talent reviews.
  • Ability to analyze workforce data and HR metrics and turn insights into recommendations for leadership.
  • Experience collaborating with HR Operations, Centers of Excellence, and business leaders in a matrix or international environment.
  • Ability to complete the SSG Entré process and a mandatory drug test before starting the assignment.
  • Fluent Swedish and native-level English.
