You will support integration work between SmartRecruiters and SuccessFactors in a role focused more on architecture than hands-on development. Several projects need guidance on how the systems connect, how data should flow, and which fields are used across the integration. This is a strong fit if you enjoy turning complex system relationships into clear, workable solutions.

• You will guide the integration work between SmartRecruiters and SuccessFactors.
• You will support projects with architectural understanding of system connections, data flows, and field mappings.
• You will help clarify how information is structured and used across the two applications.
• You will provide advice that helps teams make sound integration decisions early in the process.

• Strong competence in SmartRecruiters.
• Ability to support integration work between SmartRecruiters and SuccessFactors.
• A profile that is stronger in architecture than in pure development.
• Good understanding of fields, data usage, and system mapping in integration scenarios.
• Fluent English.

• Additional experience in SuccessFactors.
