Do you enjoy solving complex challenges, improving processes, and empowering teams to succeed? At Volvo Penta, we’re looking for a driven Order to Customer Process Manager to shape how our Front Office teams operate and deliver exceptional support to customers. This role focuses on enabling the Front Office with the right tools, processes, and systems—ensuring smooth operations across the entire order-to-delivery journey. Order to Customer Process Manager supports both Marine and Industrial business units, and work with all Market units Front offices.
What you will do
• Support the Front Office across the entire order-to-delivery process by ensuring they have the tools, systems, and standardized processes needed to operate effectively.
• Represent market needs in the MSP Forum, raising suggestions, highlighting issues, and ensuring market perspectives are included in process development.
• Support Front Office teams with order and pricing challenges, and drive IT cases to timely resolution.
• Represent the Front Office in cross-functional projects that influence or reshape daily operations, ensuring their requirements and realities are integrated from the start.
• Lead training and onboarding for new initiatives, helping Front Office teams adopt new tools and processes with confidence.
• Lead and energize the Market Key User (MKU) community, ensuring alignment, best practice sharing, and continuous improvement.
• Drive continuous improvements by identifying bottlenecks, optimizing workflows, and proposing smart process enhancements.
• Analyze performance trends and KPIs to find opportunities that strengthen operational efficiency and internal customer satisfaction.
• Stay ahead of industry and market developments, anticipating needs and proactively addressing challenges in order processes.
Competencies for the role:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience in order management, order-to-delivery processes, or a related operational or support function.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify areas for improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Strong organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple topics, follow-ups, and deadlines.
• High level of integrity with a focus on accuracy and quality in documentation and process
