We are looking for an E-commerce Consultant for an assignment with our client in Stockholm.

This is a role for you who have hands-on experience from e-commerce, marketplace management and brand licensing, and who enjoy building structure in complex commercial environments. You will help create a controlled and scalable online setup for licensed brands, where external partners can sell effectively while the brand experience remains consistent and protected.

In this assignment, you will work across brand, legal, digital, e-commerce, IT and sales. You will map the current online go-to-market setup, identify risks and opportunities, recommend the right model and lead practical implementation. The role is both strategic and hands-on, which means you need to be comfortable creating the plan and executing it yourself.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Mapping the current online go-to-market setup for licensed brands.

• Identifying opportunities, risks and structural limitations in the current setup.

• Assessing relevant business models, channels and partner types.

• Defining the preferred online go-to-market setup per brand.

• Aligning stakeholders across brand, legal, digital, e-commerce, IT and sales.

• Setting up marketplace accounts, brand stores and operational structures.

• Onboarding and enabling licensees with the right access, permissions and ways of working.

• Building and maintaining structure for logins, credentials, permissions, documentation and handover material.

• Supporting governance for licensee-operated branded websites and traffic routing from official brand domains.

• Creating a clear handover plan to ensure that operations can continue smoothly after the assignment.

• You have 5–10 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce, marketplace management or brand licensing.

• You have a solid understanding of how marketplaces work, preferably with experience from Amazon.

• You have experience maintaining brand consistency across digital channels and marketplaces.

• You are used to driving cross-functional initiatives involving several stakeholders.

• You have a strategic mindset and are also comfortable working hands-on with implementation.

• You have strong operational discipline and a structured way of working.

• You have a degree in Business, Marketing, Digital/E-commerce, IT or equivalent experience.

• Experience from the US market and platforms such as Walmart or Home Depot is meriting.

• Experience from startup or entrepreneurial environments is meriting.

• English is mandatory, and Swedish is a plus.
