As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Epical, you are responsible for creating tangible business value, by operating as a trusted partner to hiring managers and other relevant stakeholders.
You are responsible for all steps in the recruitment process, from requirements gathering to contract signing. A big part of the role will also include search on LinkedIn recruiter as well as focus on creating an exceptional candidate experience.
With us, you'll work with colleagues from different countries and cultures. You will belong to a Nordic talent team but also have close contact with our colleagues from People & Culture and Marketing.
Key responsibilities include:
Creating a recruitment and sourcing strategy that is based on the headcount plan, talent strategy, market insight and business need.
End-to-end recruitment process that supports Epical’s employer brand and good candidate experience. This includes sourcing, headhunting, salary negotiations and recruitment marketing initiatives.
Referral management and reporting
Ensuring ATS (Teamtailor) is up to date and running smoothly
Drives TA related projects, updating processes or drives other initiatives to ensure internal alignment, efficient processes, compliance with legal requirements and business goals.
For this role, we are looking for someone who is located in Stockholm.
In addition to hands-on hiring, Talent Acquisition Business Partner is expected to actively monitor the talent market and stay updated on relevant trends and changes to the business. This means proactively sharing insights on talent market developments, understanding their impact on recruitment, and aligning talent sourcing with the company’s strategic direction.
What you bring to the tableWe are looking for someone who demonstrates a genuine passion for headhunting and Talent Acquisition. The ideal candidate combines a strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect complex concepts and understand broader business needs.
To thrive at Epical, you likely have:
2 + years’ experience in technical recruitment or recruiting for complex roles
Solid experience in sourcing, with a clear understanding of its strategic importance
Experience or strong interest in recruiting within niche and highly competitive talent markets
The ability to quickly grasp complex role requirements and translate business needs into effective recruitment strategies
Fluency in Swedish and English, Finnish is a plus
