We are looking for a Solution Owner to lead and evolve Integration Care, our Enterprise Integration Operations service used by midsized and enterprise clients across the Nordics. With a strong customer base and a central role in our portfolio, Integration Care is ready for its next phase of growth, and you will be at the heart of that journey.

About the role

Integration Care is well established, but the integration landscape is rapidly shifting toward cloud-based and AI-driven solutions. This creates a significant opportunity to modernize our offering, sharpen our value proposition, and accelerate growth with both existing and new customers.

As Solution Owner, you will drive this transformation. You will own the success of the solution end-to-end, from value proposition and go-to-market strategy to commercial performance and portfolio alignment. Your first priority will be to refresh and clarify our go-to-market story to ensure strong relevance in today’s market.

Key responsibilities
  • Evolve the value proposition and positioning of Integration Care

  • Define target customers and priority markets

  • Lead go-to-market messaging with a strong focus on cloud- and AI-enabled integration operations

  • Develop and maintain sales and marketing materials, including pricing and packaging

  • Ensure CRM data, solution descriptions, and commercial assets are accurate and up to date

  • Align Integration Care with the broader portfolio and strategic direction

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive understanding, enablement, and sales success

  • Support sales activities in a pre-sales and deal-shaping capacity

  • Ensure solution development follows company processes and governance

How you will work

This is a role for someone who enjoys combining strategic ownership with hands-on commercial impact. You will work closely with sales, delivery, and portfolio teams, with a strong focus on customer dialogue, value creation, and growth.

You will report to the Offering Owner for Enterprise Integration and work closely with our Portfolio team. We see Gothenburg as the primary location for this role, but we are open to other locations for the right candidate.
