About the RoleYou will join an automotive development environment focused on next-generation powertrain solutions, where EVAP systems play an important part in delivering robust, production-ready components for new vehicle programs.
In this role, you work as the component-responsible engineer for your area, with ownership of time, technology, and cost while supporting the Group Design Leader.
You act as a key link between the project team and suppliers, helping secure progress, quality, and integration into the vehicle.
The work is hands-on and collaborative, with close contact across engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, supplier quality, and validation.

Job Description- You will drive and participate in meetings related to packaging, supplier topics, and manufacturing matters.
- You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders such as Manufacturing Engineers, Supplier Quality Assurance, Purchasing, and test and validation engineers.
- You will design and maintain component solutions in Catia V5 and PLM systems, including Teamcenter.
- You will support alignment with suppliers, report development progress, and help create and follow time plans.
- You will help secure that the component is delivered according to time, technology, and cost targets.
- You will maintain updated models, drawings, deviations, and related project information in the relevant systems.
- You will carry out system checks on your design and support successful integration into the vehicle.
- You will create and release change orders as part of the ongoing development work.
Requirements- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent background.
- Design experience within engine or powertrain development.
- Experience with Catia V5 and Teamcenter (TCe).
- Fluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
