In this position as Product Information Specialist in Lund you will get the opportunity to learn more about how we handle product information in the internal system called PIA.

Who is your future team? Today we have one person working as Product Information Specialist as part of Product Specialist Video Platform team within Product Management. As the organization and our offering grows we need to strengthen the team with one more colleague. You will help drive activities within your area of expertise and you will work with a great team of people who are experts in our products. You will be one of two experts working with PIA, which means that you will collaborate a lot with R&D and the product projects that are ongoing. You will also come in contact with other parts of Axis since PIA is interacting with many different systems.

What will you do? As a Product Information Specialist you will be a superuser in the product information system PIA. As such, you will…

• Be partly responsible for administrating product data.
• Support product projects with PIA knowledge.
• Follow up with product projects to ensure PIA deliverables are completed on time.
• Create and provide PIA trainings, documentation and guidelines for different users.
• Handle incoming questions and requests via our ServiceNow helpdesk.
• Assist our existing PIA superuser in setting up structures in PIA to make sure the product information is consistent and keeps a high quality.
• Contribute to improvement initiatives such as documentation, migration, and process optimization.

Who are we looking for? We are looking for a highly structured and service-minded person with an interest in product data and information structure. You are easy to get along with and have an open and curious mindset. You are familiar with Axis products and the product lifecycle. You are attentive to details and like it when things are done correctly.

We'd love to hear that you have:

• Experience working in a supportive and/or coordinating role.
• Previous knowledge of the Axis product portfolio.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Self-motivation and problem solving skills.
• Experience of working in Jira is a plus.
• Experience from PIA is a plus.
• An eye for structure and consistency.
