This role sits at the intersection of product development, service and the field. You will help ensure that new and existing products are serviceable, well documented and ready for the aftermarket throughout the product lifecycle. Working in a technically advanced manufacturing environment, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across R&D, operations, sales, service and product management to turn product insights into better support, quality and service solutions.

You will represent the aftermarket perspective in both new product development and product improvement work, with a clear focus on serviceability, spare parts ownership and product quality. • You will represent Aftermarket in new product development projects and product improvement forums, helping shape efficient service solutions.
• You will communicate project updates and timelines to relevant stakeholders within aftermarket and service.
• You will initiate and develop technical documentation such as individual parts lists, workshop manuals, service requirements, service kits, serviceability reports and maintenance plans.
• You will coordinate documentation updates together with Parts Specialists as products evolve.
• You will provide back-end technical support when needed by the technical support organization.
• You will contribute aftermarket input on priorities in product improvement based on product quality data and market feedback.
• You will collaborate with PMO, sales, R&D, operations and service partners to improve product support.
• You will create structured warranty reports and product quality statistics based on analyzed data.
• You will perform product failure analysis, including hands-on troubleshooting and root cause analysis in close cooperation with R&D and manufacturing.
• You will develop and deliver technical training connected to new product launches and support the technical training team when needed.
• You will take a leading role in discussions about product quality with customers and service centres.
• You will support continuous improvement through process updates, tool implementations and reporting.

• University degree in Engineering, or equivalent relevant technical experience.
• Strong general IT skills, including MS Office such as Excel and PowerPoint.
• Solid technical understanding within electrical, electronic and mechanical design.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional environment and move between analysis, documentation and hands-on technical troubleshooting.

• Knowledge of hydraulics.
• Experience working in database environments.
• Experience with ERP systems and Power BI.
• Understanding of the spare parts business.
• Additional language skills.
