We are now seeking an Industrialization Project Manage for one of our clients.

About the assignment:

We are now recruiting a Project Manager for Service Market Technology (SMPM), based in Gothenburg, with the drive and passion to lead and steer the development of our future service market solutions. Position Description As a Service Market Technology Project Manager (SMPM), you are responsible for delivering cross-functionally anchored service market solutions in our development projects. Typical outputs include Spare Parts, Service and Diagnostic solutions, as well as driver informationa and training material. In the projects to which you are assigned, you work closely with project managers from Product Development, Operations, Purchasing and other functions to ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget and with correct and complete service market content. The SMPM also serves as a key connection point between development organization and the commercial service market, ensuring that service market needs, business perspectives and customer value are anchored with the end users. You are the key link that ensures our products are fully supported when they reach the customer. You lead the Service Market Technology (SMT) team through all project phases, securing gate targets and delivering all agreed SMT outputs. The role ensures clear, open communication on progress and promptly highlights any deviations from service market targets and requirements. Who are you? You define success in terms of the whole team and have an in-depth understanding of our business. You manage risks when the outcome isn´t certain and adapt quickly to changing conditions.

Required Skills

• Minimum of three years of project management experience

• University degree in Engineering or equivalent working experience

• Leadership skills and Cross functional working ability

• Fully proficient in English.
