Business partner with the Region and Country Directors to animate and drive full P&L performance and sustainable profitable revenue and margin growth for Norbal and Ireland. Lead the coordination, presentation and delivery of monthly Performance Business Reviews (PBR’s) and drive actions and outcomes, working closely with the heads of Category finance for Specialised Nutrition and Healthy Nutrition. Lead Finance transformation and key project workstreams, including systems and overall NE integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Co‑lead the PBR cycle together with Category Finance Leads, ensuring robust performance management across Share, Topline, YTD/YTG outlook, full P&L visibility, and R&Os.
• Own the design and delivery of the total Norbal P&L, including target‑setting frameworks and Board GPS processes (local GPS remains within categories).
• Lead transformation workstreams, such as TTM improvements, integrations, and cross‑market systems projects.
• Drive the 3‑year Full P&L Roadmap and Start Plan, including OVH optimization and long‑term financial steering.
• Ensure Norbal Cashflow delivery, proactively managing drivers and risks.
• Lead cost‑optimization initiatives across markets and functions.
• Act as Short‑Term Trend Lead, securing accurate forecasting and rapid insight into performance shifts.
• Oversee systems integration to strengthen financial processes, data flow, and reporting consistency.
• Lead Norbal Gross‑to‑Net, pricing, and trade spend (TS) projects, ensuring financially sound decision-making.
• Provide Finance Business Partnering to Ireland, supporting the Ireland Country Manager and senior commercial leaders.
• Provide Finance Business Partnering to the Norbal Market Director, ensuring strategic financial guidance for market performance.
• Lead and sign off JBP finance support for Ireland and Norbal, ensuring alignment with strategic and financial targets.

• A driven self‑starter, able to operate with autonomy and navigate a fast‑paced, high‑profile role while balancing multiple priorities.
• A strong senior‑level business partner, capable of providing support and strategic advice, while also confidently challenging assumptions and pushing back when needed.
• Financially fluent with strong business acumen, bringing experience in managing and delivering a full Country P&L.
• A relationship builder, skilled at collaborating across markets, categories, and functions within a complex matrix organisation.
