The role This is a newly established HR role within Stokvis Nordics, combining operational HR responsibilities with a broader Nordic and international perspective. Working closely with the HR Director in Poland and the Nordic leadership team, the role will support the business in both operational and strategic HR matters across the region.
You will support managers and employees throughout the employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, talent development, compensation planning, and labor law matters. The role also includes supporting union dialogue and contributing to the development and implementation of HR processes and systems across the Nordic organization.
The position also has a international scope with many touchpoints across Europe, the United States, and Asia, while still remaining closely connected to the local Nordic operations and management teams.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Support managers and employees in both operational and strategic HR matters across the Nordic organization
Drive and coordinate key HR processes such as performance management, talent reviews, and annual HR planning
Support recruitment, employee development, labor law matters, and union relations
Contribute to building and improving HR processes, structure, and ways of working across the Nordic region
Participate in Workday-related HR processes and ongoing system development
Your profile You are comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on and enjoy building structure while supporting managers and employees in their daily work. As a person, you are communicative, relationship-oriented, and able to navigate different stakeholders and cultural contexts with confidence and professionalism.
To succeed in this role, you likely bring:
Several years of broad HR experience, preferably from an HR Business Partner or similar role
Experience working in an international organization
Strong knowledge of Swedish labor law and HR processes
Experience supporting managers in both operational and strategic HR matters
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
A business-oriented mindset and ability to support organizational development and change
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Experience from a manufacturing, industrial, or technical environment is considered an advantage, as is experience working with Nordic labor law and HR processes across multiple countries.
